Eva Longoria-Parker Opens Las Vegas Beso

This week saw the opening of Eva Longoria-Parker’s brand new branch of her successful restaurant, Beso, in Las Vegas where most people are betting on the tiny starlet’s continued success.

Eva Longoria-Parker was in Las Vegas to open the brand new branch of Beso in Las Vegas, not long after she opened the popular eatery in Hollywood just last year. Longoria-Parker attended the opening of the venue at Crystals in the new Vegas CityCenter retail and entertainment district. The launch of her Vegas location coincided with the grand opening of the Crystals shopping center and provided an elegant backdrop for the celebrations.

MGM Mirage President and CEO, Bobby Baldwin, toasted Longoria-Parker’s inevitable success while Chef Todd English was there to lend support to Longoria-Parker, as the two are running the business together. The restaurant takes a Latin approach to the classic Steakhouse cuisine and is complete with “an eclectic and contemporary dinner menu.”
