Emilio Pucci Hosts an Afternoon High Tea
On Wednesday, December 2nd, Emilio Pucci along with Creative Director Peter Dundas, Leticia Grendene and Elsa Benitez hosted an exclusive in-store high tea and private shopping event to kick off Art Basel.
In celebration of the new Spring/Summer 2010 Collection and the introduction of the Marquise bag, guests indulged in tea sandwiches, macaroons, herbal infused iced teas and champagne served by TOAST catering; while viewing looks of the summer, “bold-Italianism, a touch of pirate” inspired line.
The lush afternoon of shopping and tea was hosted by Leticia Grendene and Elsa Benitez. Also in attendance was model, journalist and Spanish TV personality Candela Ferro, style setter and fashion editor Jilian Sanz, Rik Rak Salon, bar, and boutique owner Raquel Watters, as well as notables, Maria Buccelati, Perla Machan, Sara Colombo, Hollen Rosenberg and Jennifer Sazant. Guests spent the rest of the day mingling in an intimate, and modern all white lounge area, which was created exclusively for the high tea.
