Asprey, Meet Brangelina

Beautiful objects, I’d like you to meet beautiful people. They will now be in charge of just how beautiful you are. Well, to some extent at least. Angelena Jolie and Brad Pitt have created a capsule collection of gold jewelry and silver snake-themed accessories called The Protector for the prestigious Asprey brand.

Superstar couple and humanitarian duo, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, have teamed up with Asprey, the luxury brand that supplies the British Royal Family with haute products, to create a line called The Protector. The collection will include Brangelina conceived and designed gold jewelry and silver snake-themed accessories that will go on sale at Asprey stores located in London, New York, Beverly Hills, Tokyo, and Dubai later this week.
In true Jolie Pitt charitable spirit, all net proceeds from the gorgeous pieces will benefit Education Partnership for Children of Conflict, a nonprofit organization Jolie founded in 2006. As a Goodwill Ambassador for the UN Refugee Agency, Jolie has an unwavering interest in aiding young victims of war, conflict, and natural disasters. Expected to be extremely successful, this haute collaboration will include pieces such as a serpent-handled baby spoon for $525, an indication of the potential proceeds headed towards the charitable organization.

While perhaps not to this scale, the power couple has been involved in similar creative activities like this before. Pitt was involved in designing luxury goods for Damiani during his marriage to Jennifer Aniston, and together the Jolie and Pitt duo have previously been commissioned to create pieces for Asprey on a smaller scale.

While rumors have been swirling about potential financial difficulties the Asprey brand had been facing after their Bond Street store in London was bought by Hermès, it’s likely that with the incredible star power this couple brings to everything they touch, Asprey will do just fine.
