4 Bedrooms, 4.5 Baths and Possibly a Ghost
You’d think a home that once belonged to a celebrity would be a catch. Unless, that is, the celebrity in question died too young, and from an addiction he thought he’d overcome long ago. Then it becomes just a little creepy.
The Beverly Hills residence that belonged to DJ AM is now on the market. The 3,375 square foot gated home is located on a private cul de sac with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a pool, a spa and flat screen TVs as far as the eye can see.
DJ AM (née Adam Michael Goldstein) died of a drug overdose this August, at the age of 36. He was the host of the new reality series Gone to Far which is currently airing on MTV. In the show, Goldstein helps twenty-somethings get past their drug and alcohol addictions.
You can watch the promotional real-estate video, complete with jazzy soundtrack here. The home is going for $3,795,000 and is represented by Anthony Stellini at Nourmand and Associates.
