The Anticipated Viceroy Snowmass Opens at $150/Night

News | October 6, 2009

Snowmass, Colorado, is getting a bit hauter this winter with the opening of the Viceroy Snowmass. Snowbunnies will be getting quite the deal, too, as the resort’s special opening rate is a mere $150 for the first night, with additional nights at a whopping 50% off. The resort is slated to open November 25, just in time for Thanksgiving weekend, so book your ticket now—the rates are only good through December 23.

Hotel Chatter is reporting that the opening $150 rate is for a studio residence with mountain views. This includes a king-size bed, fireplace, a small kitchen, 42-inch flat screens and WiFi. The hotel offers a ski concierge who can get your lift tickets and store your equipment. There’s also ski-in, ski-out access, a signature restaurant and lobby bar, a heated outdoor pool with cabanas and hot tubs and even a Kelly Wearstler-designed pool cafe. (Designer Jean-Michel Gathy did the rest of the hotel’s interiors.)
