Seven Palms in Singapore Achieves Records Prices

Six units at the Seven Palms condominiums in Sentosa Cove, Singapore are setting a new haute standard in terms of pricing for the area.

Luxury residential developer, SC Global, recently announced the achievement of record prices for the units, reporting prices to have been between $2,220 per square foot and $2,434 per square foot, significantly raising the bar for adjacent waterfront condos in the housing district.

While the developer is currently only offering 41 unites in this development to maintain exclusiveness in what is often thought of as Singapore’s only beachfront condominium building with direct beach access, the average price of one of the Sentosa Cove residences stands at $7,876, 291 per unit.

Each unit in the building ranges in size from 2,700 square feet to 6,800 square feet, and one of the penthouses could cost you up to $18 million, depending on the particular size (ranges between 4,000 square feet and 8,000 square feet).

The record achievement in prices represents the highest point thus far for developments at Sentosa Cove, beating out the previous record holder, the Lippo Group’s Marina Collection, whose median price was $2,088 per square foot in 2007.
