Superstar power couple Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony has reportedly purchased a residence in Miami — an apartment in the Icon Brickell.
The two purchased a unit at Icon Brickell to add to their collection of homes.
Superstar power couple Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony has reportedly purchased a residence in Miami — an apartment in the Icon Brickell. The pair began looking into purchasing there in April. At the Monday night football game in Miami between the Miami Dolphins (Anthony is part owner of the team) and Indianapolis Colts, Anthony stated that once they are done decorating, the new home will be “the sexiest place in town.”
The two usually stay at Haute Living Ambassador Loren and RJ Ridinger’s guest estate when they are in Miami — but this purchase is good news for Miami real estate. The three-tower condominium has only sold 30 other units. When Icon Brickell residential component is complete it will have multiple pools, a spa and fitness center, five restaurants, a rooftop pool club and of course a concierge and valet service.
