As Tommy Hilfiger builds out his Plaza apartment, which is on the market for 450 million, he has now reportedly rented a four-floor apartment on Park Avenue in the
East mid-70s (807 Park) for approximately $50,000 per month. The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom quadraplex also has a media room and private elevator. The massive unit is located in a 12-story condo building that was once owned by hip hopper Sean Combs (until 2004), aka “Diddy” and “Puff Daddy” and “Puff” and “Puffy” and “P. Diddy” and who has seemingly loosely followed Tommy boy’s apparel biz model with his clothing line, Sean John. Also included in the rental unit is a living room with 17-foot ceilings and a fireplace, as well as a gourmet kitchen. The three units in the building, formerly a mega-townhouse, were taken off the market in September after they failed to sell at prices that were hovering at about $13 million. According to reports, the ceiling heights in all but the living rooms were barely above 7 feet.
