Dinner With The Penguins

Adventurer Mike Horn is sailing around the world to document climate change. He plans to stop in every continent, charting the progress of climate change and experiencing the wondrous beauty of nature at key locations. He plans to do it in style.
Horn’s table has been set with rather exclusive culinary options. With help from the 200-year-old champagne house, G. H. Mumm, Horn plans to cap off each leg of the journey with planned dinners cooked by renowned chefs.
In July, Horn took dinner with two-star Michelin chef Sylvestre Wahid on an iceberg floating in Greenland’s Sermilik Fjord. In October, he was on Deception Island with three-star chef Gerard Boyer for dinner amongst the penguins. The dinners are part of what G.H. Mumm calls the Mumm Explorer Experiences.
