
Endless Pours? Yes, Please!

Prime Blue Grille, the upscale contemporary steakhouse located on the second floor of One Miami’s east tower, has announced a fun new wine-tasting event dubbed Endless Pours. Set to take place from Monday, July 28 through Saturday, August 2, this weeklong event celebrates the restaurant’s one-year anniversary. Prime Blue Grille’s expert wine stewards will pour a selection of 10-12 sparkling, white, red, dessert, and port wines for its diners, serving a different selection of wines each day. To further sweeten the pot, Endless Pours will be offered as a complimentary addition to the purchase of the restaurant’s prix-fixe Power Lunch or Power Dinner priced at $23 and $36 respectively.The Power Lunch consists of an appetizer and entrée. Diners have three appetizer options-a ceasar/mixed greens salad or the soup du jour-and four entrée options–a filet mignon, fish of the day, pasta du jour, or a black bean marinated skirt steak.For the Power Dinner, guests have the same appetizer options that the Power Lunch offers as well as a wood grilled sugarcane shrimp. As an entrée, dinner guests may choose a 10 oz. filet mignon, Cajun 16 oz. boneless rib eye, an oven roasted Halibut piccatta, Maryland crab and shrimp scampi, or a ginger soaked kuraboto pork chop. For dessert, diners have two options: a strawberry shortcake or The Prime Chocolate Cake.
