As our January/February 2006 issue predicted, Peter Marino’s integrated design of suburban living in the big city has given its residents a “new standard of family living”-to the extent that Yankees’ point man, Alex Rodriguez, 31, reportedly has his eye on one of the building’s $16 million penthouse suites.
