Successful real estate magnate Casey Koslowski has done it again, setting a new record for a two-bedroom, two-bath standard residence at The Setai. Unit #2808 went for $2.85 million, or $2,498 per square foot. In the same quarter, this unstoppable realtor managed to pound out a deal for a Miami-Dade County record-breaking lease, also at The Setai. Unit #2802, a three bedroom, three and a half bath residence is being rented out for an astounding $32,000 per month, or $384,000 a year. Earlier this year, Koslowski set yet another record in The Setai with unit #3104, which sold for $2.2 million, or $1,928 per square foot, a record for a non-oceanfront line.
