Market America|SHOP.COM Takes Over Miami’s American Airlines Arena For Its 25th Anniversary
Market America|SHOP.COM took over Miami’s American Airlines Arena for its world conference and 25th anniversary celebration. Founder, chairman and CEO JR Ridinger took the stage alongside his wife, Loren, the senior executive vice president, as well as other members of the executive team, to unveil exciting new features, products and inspiring messages of motivation and entrepreneurship.
The three-day event brought 25,000 eager entrepreneurs from all over the world to the packed arena, in addition to several A-list celebrities, including Joseph “Fat Joe” Cartagena, LaLa Anthony, Philip Levine and Scottie Pippen, all of whom took the stage to discuss their affiliations with the global company.
JR Ridinger’s focus was centered more around the business aspect of the presentation, such as new incentives, technology and products, including branded everyday essentials such as all-natural whitening toothpaste and razors. He also touched on the beginnings of his and his wife’s entrepreneurial adventure in the early 90s, with Market America|SHOP.COM’s inception in Greensboro, whilst delivering empowering messages to the audience, encouraging them to continue driving forward and making their dreams into reality. Loren, wearing a selection of BALMAIN and custom-designed Michael Costello dresses, discussed her line of Motives Cosmetics and got the crowd riled up with her fiery, motivational speeches and the intimate details she shared about her life, which took the crowd on an emotional journey. “You don’t have to be great to get started, but you have to start to be great,” and, “Not all storms come to disrupt your life. Some of them come to clear a path,” were some of her words of wisdom among many others.
The Ridinger’s daughter, Amber Ridinger-McLaughlin, later took the stage with her husband Duane McLaughlin and their three children to discuss their line called DNA Miracles—a collection of products for babies, children and pregnant women.
Overall, the three-day affair was a great success for the company, as well as the event’s attendees, who took to various social media platforms to express their overall positive sentiment and gratitude.
