This week Eataly and Fernet–Branca kicked off their cross country pop-up tour in the shape of The Great Branca Bar at NYC’s Flatiron location. This pop-up will hosted at Eataly Flatiron until February 11th followed by Eataly Chicago (March), Eataly Boston (May), Eataly Los Angeles (Summer) and back to New York at Eataly NYC Downtown, the newest location inside the Oculus (Fall).
Each location will feature a speciality crafted cocktail unique to it’s respective city, starting with the Fernet Me Not (Fernet-Branca, Espolon Tequila, lime juice, and Fever Tree Ginger Beer). While the speciality cocktail will change the standing menu will offer:
Ferneta-Groni: Malfy Gin Originale, Carpano Antica Formula, and Fernet-Branca
The Toronto: Templeton Rye Whiskey, Fernet-Branca, House Simply Syrup, and Bitters
Fernet Cola: Fernet-Branca and Mole Cola
Agrodolce: Rum, Fernet-Branca, House Simple Syrup, and Lime
