The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort Launches Rosé Sundays
Ever had the dilemma of waking up on a Sunday and calling your friends or family for brunch, but you just can’t decide where to go? Well, the search is over thanks toThe St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort‘s new Rosé Sundays. We all could use a little rosé-all-day vibe.
The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort, one of Miami’s most luxurious oceanfront resorts, is debuting a weekly signature Sunday brunch overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. It’s the perfect go-to Sunday afternoon dining destination in Bal Harbour.
The brunch offers a lengthy menu of bottomless rosé wines, Champagnes and a curated selection of the signature St. Regis cocktail—the Bloody Mary. Executive Chef Franck Steigerwald has created a menu of brunch favorites including roasted dry aged prime rib, Champagne sea salt crusted line-caught sea bass, king crab legs, freshly shucked oysters on the half shell, caviar, an international and domestic charcuterie selection, plus an assortment of soups, salads, decadent desserts and a large macaron display.
What’s even better is Rosé Sundays features live music and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the resort’s pools. Rosé Sundays begin February 4th. They will be from 11:00am to 2:30pm, and $95.00 for adults and $45.00 for children 12 years old and younger.
