Last night (January 25), some of the biggest boss ladies in the business gathered at Smashbox Studios in Culver City to celebrate the launch of the 2018 Create & Cultivate 100 list.

Hosted by Chevrolet and Create & Cultivate, a digital platform and conference series that empowers and supports entrepreneurial women, the chic soiree honored 100 seriously incredible women who are making big waves in the industries of fashion, beauty, wellness, entertainment, and more.

Honorees included celebrity hair stylist and Ouai founder Jen Atkin, Good American co-founder Emma Grede, designer Rachel Zoe, celebrity makeup artist Pat McGrath, actress and comedienne Busy Phillips, and more.

The party featured flowing bubbly, a hair touch up station by Quai, a chocolate bar, and a dancing booth where attendees showed off their best moves.

The highlight of the party, however, was seeing so many amazing women come together to support and celebrate one another. “There has been no more poignant or relevant time to congregate together as women in support, strength, and unity of one another,” beauty influencer and Glam App co-founder Cara Santana shared on her Instagram. “[I’m] grateful to be included in the Create & Cultivate 100.”

Author and honoree Katherine Schwarzenegger also took to Instagram to express her gratitude not only for being included in the list but also for her fellow honorees and real life friends celebrity nutritionist Kelly LeVeque, Body By Simone founder Simone De La Rue, and Drybar founder Ali Webb.

“My gals! So amazing that I get to call these women my friends and all be a part of the Create & Cultivate 100 evening!” she wrote in her Instagram caption. “Also, fun to say that one is responsible for my hair, the other my workouts, and the other my mental and physical wellbeing. It takes a village!”
