The premium The Hilhaven Lodge whiskey can now be enjoyed at the iconic Sinatra in the Encore restaurant in Las Vegas.
On February 7, The Hilhaven Lodge debuted in the Sin City with an event, hosted by the label’s partner, famed film director and producer Brett Ratner (The Revenant) and infused with whiskey cocktails. Ratner relayed the Hollywood-inspired story of the whiskey, which is intricately tied to the eponymous private estate in Beverly Hills. Currently owned by Ratner, the Hilhaven Lodge has for almost a century provided a lavish sanctuary from the limelight for the top brass of the entertainment industry.

Honoring the history of the estate, The Hilhaven Lodge blends aged Bourbon, Rye and Tennessee whiskeys in a relishing celebration of American liquor. With its distinct character, the whiskey is now garnering connoisseurs’ acclaim and awards, which National Whiskey Educator Doug Kragel enumerated at the Las Vegas event.
The three whiskey cocktails served included:
The Hilhaven Lodge Old Fashioned

The Hilhaven Lodge Highball
