The British do tea parties better than most anybody (except when Americans really put their mind to it–we all know what happened when colonials staged one very big one in Boston in 1773.)  So when The British Academy of Film and Television Arts celebrated the 2017 Awards Season with their annual Tea Party on Saturday, January 7th– just about everyone in town for the Golden Globes pitched up for a bit of tea, scones, and cocktails, too!
