ON THE MARKET

Tom Brady and Giselle Bündchen list their flat-iron pad for $17.25M. In early 2014, New England Patriots (currently suspended) quarterback Tom Brady and modeling bombshell Gisele Bündchen purchased a 3,300-square-foot condominium in Manhattan’s Flatiron District. Located on the 48th floor of One Madison tower, the lofty abode is up for grabs—Brady and Bündchen are moving to a 5,000-square-foot apartment in TriBeCa. Listed for $17.25 million—$5.5 million more than its original asking price—the 3-bed- room, 3.5-bathroom residence has a private elevator and a living-dining room surrounded by tall windows with views of the Empire State Building and the Hudson River.

R&B LEGEND ROBERTA FLACK RE-LISTS HER GLAM UPPER WEST SIDE DIGS FOR $7.5M.

After the market showed little interest in her two-bedroom apartment, which she first listed in June for $9.5 million, Roberta Flack, the famed R&B singer, has put it back on the market for $2 million less. Twelve-foot ceilings, shutter-framed windows, and mirrored walls surround the spacious 2,000-square-foot dwelling located in a high-rise at 1 West 72nd Street. Among the features: a Juliet balcony that overlooks Central Park and spans half the length of the apartment.
