Jardin at Wynn Las Vegas Is Bringing Back The Bar Cart

Jardin at Wynn Las Vegas is bringing a mixology tradition back to life. As you sit in their decadent dining room you can expect to find a rolling bar cart serving up Sin City’s best Moscow mules.

The new touch was curated by Wynn Las Vegas’ mixologist, Damian Cross. The trolley, filled with only the best ingredients, brings us to a time when tableside presentation invited guests to become part of the cocktail experience. Cross has created a way for you to get involved in the process in a grand and exciting way. You’ll understand once you’ve witnessed his colossal copper mugs which each can hold an entire bottle of vodka.

To get behind Cross’s vision, we must take you back to 1939. A time when a chance meeting between three men at L.A.’s Cock n’ Bull bar created one of the world’s most popular cocktails. They each added their own ingredient, vodka, ginger beer and a classic copper mug. The three men had no idea that in this simple process they would be creating a mixology staple.

While you can certainly revel in the traditional Moscow mule at Jardin, they have reinvented the cocktail with many different flavors that you can’t miss out on. The Jardin signature is an orange lavender mule; made with Grey Goose L’Orange vodka, lavender simple syrup, fresh lavender and spicy ginger beer. It very might well be the ultimate summer cocktail. Especially when it can be enjoyed at the Jardin patio overlooking the resort pools and people playing in them at Encore.

Jardin is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner Sunday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday until 12 a.m.
