On Saturday, just prior to the 2016 BET Awards, Epic Records Chairman and Chief Executive Officer L.A. Reid thew one heck of a bash at Sony Picture Studios in the form of his second annual EpicFest.

Performers at the day-long event included Future, DJ Khaled, KONGOS, French Montana, Jidenna, Kat Dahlia, Timeflies and Lil Jon. 

Additional special guests in attendance included Randy Jackson, Michael Strahan, Big Boi, Kelly Rowland, Cassie, Lorne Michaels, Busta Rhymes, André 3000, Blac Youngsta, Candice Boyd, V. Bozeman, Antonio Brown, Reggie Bush, Deon Cole, Chasing Destiny, Zoey Dollaz, Jermaine Dupri, Bernard Flowers, Nick Grant, Omar Hardwick, Kent Jones, Machine Gun Kelly, Chef Gabe Kennedy, Raja Kumari, Lela Loren, Naturi Naughton, Holly Robinson Peete, Ricky Reed, Rotimi, Lotto Savage, Joseph Sikora, Casey Veggies, Diane Warren and Wrabel, among others.

Living up to its name, EpicFest was truly one of the hautest tickets in Tinseltown this past weekend, thanks in part to the appearance of past Haute Living cover star DJ Khaled. 

“I’m fresh off that Beyoncé stage,” Khaled shouted from the Epic stage. “Let me give you a taste of what that was like. He then proceeded to bring out Kent Jones, who performed his hot summer hit “Don’t Mind” as well as Busta Rhymes, who made a surprise appearance during the set to perform ”Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Can See” as well as his verse fromChris Brown’s “Look at Me Now.”

Future closed the night of performances, hitting the stage with his hits “Where Ya At” and “Jumpman.”The invite-only event was presented by Coca-Cola and Concern Worldwide.
