LA's hautest meat-ery now offers weekend brunch. Hallelujah! Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo are offering up their finest AM confections on Saturdays and Sundays, including their infamous foie gras biscuits and gravy, the amazing (and typically off-menu) Boner Burger as well as brunch-like confections such as avocado toast with furikake, red chile, radish and lemon and cornmeal waffles topped with apples, pecans and salted butter. 3 Manhattan House

Manhattan House, an intimate, farm-to-table driven eatery in Manhattan Beach, has debuted a beautiful new brunch menu complete with home grown veggies and cage-free eggs, as well as fresh and innovative takes on breakfast classics from former BLD Chef, and Neal Fraser protégée, Executive Chef, Diana Stavaridis. The new brunch menu includes items made exclusively in-house such as thick and delicious sourdough bread, brioche, pastries, smoked bacon, pastrami, sausages, jams, nut milks and more. Savory dishes will include Shakshuka, an Israeli-Tunisian inspired dish comprised of cage-free eggs, poached in a sauce of saffron braised tomatoes, freshly-picked bell peppers and chili herb yogurt, as well as a Short Rib Pastrami Hash, with cage-free eggs prepared sunny side up, Yukon potatoes, and caramelized onions. Sweet delicacies will include a Cornflake Crusted French Toast.

4 Little Pine

Dare we say it? Moby's new Silver Lake vegan eatery, Little Pine, is our favorite new spot for brunch. The lemon poppyseed pancakes with a coconut whipped cream are absolutely divine, as is the scrumptious avocado toast. The toffee scramble is on point. Why not try something incredible AND do your body good? For those afraid of the word 'vegan,' seriously, have no fear. The fare is amazing --- and vegan is NOT synonymous with alcohol-free...you can still have your morning mimosa here!
