Haute Living and Italian jeweler Pasquale Bruni came together on Wednesday night to celebrate philanthropist Cheryl Saban in Beverly Hills.
Saban, who was featured in the recent issue of Haute Living Los Angeles for being such a powerhouse—she’s a philanthropist, advocate, author, designer, business owner (she owns West Hollywood’s Shop on Nemo) sits on the board of three charities and is involved in almost 20 others, has her doctorate in psychology, has penned 15 books and in 2012 was appointed as a Special Public Delegate to the United Nations General Assembly by President Barack Obama—arrived at Mastro’s Beverly Hills with her team, Kaelyn LaVacque, Brittany Curran, Marni Vath and Angela Young.

After a Laurent Perrier champagne reception, the crowd that included Pasquale Bruni legacy Daniele Bruni, Roman jeweler Alberto Petochi, Europa Corp’s Candice McDonough and Haute Living’s Los Angeles Editor-in-Chief Laura Schreffler, sat down for a dinner of pork chops and salmon as well as Mastro’s signature warm butter cake.
Petochi then stood to say a few words about the philanthropic and altruistic Saban, before revealing that Pasquale Bruni would be donating a pair of 18k gold and diamond heart earrings (which sell for roughly $20,000) to Cheryl to auction off at an upcoming fundraiser; the money raised will be donated to one of her charities. Saban stood as well to say how honored she was to have been featured in the issue.
Earlier in the evening, Haute Living and Pasquale Bruni celebrated the brand’s newest collection, Giardini Segreti (Italian for Secret Garden), at Neiman Marcus Beverly Hills.
