The Pritzker Prize-winning architect, Renzo Piano, brings forth another architectural masterpiece with Eight Seven Park, even more noteworthy as it is the Renzo Piano Building Workshop’s first residential tower in the Western Hemisphere. The building’s unique construction captures the tranquility found in the tension between sky and earth, skillfully bringing together architecture, design and the natural landscape. The 70-unit luxury condominium is a private beachfront property that seamlessly embraces both the park and ocean in the new Miami Beach neighborhood, North Beach.

Terra and President David Martin proved a brilliant team in the creation of this complex, undoubtedly adding significant value to North Shore Park and the surrounding neighborhood with its inception. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing adds another key force to the group as they exclusively lead all sales and marketing initiatives for the project.

“The significant architecture of Eighty Seven Park and the transformation of North Shore Park will provide the perfect passageway for a new culturally diverse North Beach,” says Eloy Carmenate, the Douglas Elliman sales director of the prestigious property. “The spirit of this community finally has its voice.”
