Formerly known as Seasalt and Pepper, the newly dubbed Seaspice Miami reinvented its much-lauded establishment with a new name while preserving the essence of waterfront dining at its best. The restaurant boasts some 550 feet of private docking space and a menu focusing on simple ingredients and innovative cooking techniques. Try the Roasted Vidalia Onion, one of the kitchen’s signature Pizettas or the Whole Branzino with sea salt, lemon

While the food and service at Zuma’s Miami outpost has been praised since opening some four years ago, the restaurant’s EPIC Hotel location in Downtown Miami also means that boaters can conveniently pull up to the hotel’s marina and enjoy amenities including daytime and restaurant docking, on-vessel catering services and 24-hour staff and security. Go for Zuma’s decadent rice hotpot with wild mushrooms and truffle shavings and the miso-marinated black cod for sea-to-table dining at its best.
