The Paramount chief has put his Bel-Air home on the market and intends to build a “modern” abode on Frank Sinatra‘s former property.
Howard Backen will design the new manse, which is set on 2.3 acres of property.
His current home in Bel-Air is now on the market for $27.5 million.
The Richard Manion-designed five-bedroom, seven bathroom house features a gentlemen’s den, a gym with a separate pilates studio and a living room that converts into a screening room.
It has been listed by Stephen Shapiro of the Westside Estate Agency.
