The property will be a Nikki Beach Resort & Spa, a full-service hotel that will occupy 430,500 square feet of breathtaking real estate on a peninsula jutting out into the Torba Bay. New York and Istanbul-based architects Global Architectural Development (GAD), have been tapped to execute the vision of Nikki Beach Worldwide Owner and Founder, Jack Penrod. True to the Nikki brand, the property’s design will blend into its natural surroundings in a chic, contemporary way.
The Nikki Beach Resort & Spa will include 57 suites and villas, with private decks and pools, spectacular bay views and a chic infinity pool. The property is situated on one of Bodrum’s few sandy beaches and is only 7km outside of the heart of the city, promising that Nikki Privé, the resort’s ultra VIP lounge, will become the crown jewel in the towns thriving nightlife scene. Café Nikki will serve as the property’s bistro and The Sunset Lounge will offer early evening cocktails and sunset views.
Nikki has teamed up with ESPA, one of the best spas in the world, which specializes in luxurious products with natural ingredients, to provide Nikki Spa. Tone Fitness will provide the gym. All of these fabulous amenities available in one of the hottest spots on the globe, which Nikki Beach Worldwide has a knack for seeking out, will surely provide an unforgettable experience, not found anywhere else in Turkey.
