Lagasse’s Stadium: The World’s Ultimate Sports Bar

Lagasse’s Stadium at the Palazzo Las Vegas is THE sports haven for fans wanting to catch all of their favorite sports teams go head to head. It is a quintessential sports bar, however its added appeal comes from the fact that at its helm is the legendary celebrity chef and restaurateur Emeril Lagasse.

The unique 24,000-square-foot space features a multi-level theater and dining room with stadium-style seating. All major sporting events are projected on the 9 by 16-foot floor-to-ceiling video wall above the sports book betting counter. There are also 109 high definition TV screens throughout including two 103-inch plasma screens. Plus, there’s even an outdoor Patio with high-def TVs that offers street-level access from Las Vegas Boulevard.

For added luxury, Lagasse’s Stadium also features special private Sky Boxes, providing you and your friends the ideal setting to dine and play. There’s also select rooms that have private patio access, billiard tables, and video game consoles. And of course, we can’t forget the four full service bars that all serve the specialty cocktails that one would expect to find in Vegas plus tap beer, micro-brews, and wines by the bottle or glass. With amenities like these, it’s almost better than being at the game itself!

Executive Chef Vincent Chiyuto has helped develop a menu largely influenced by Emeril’s love for sports. The bar’s signature dishes include the Barbecue Shrimp with Rosemary Flatbread, New Orleans Style Crab Cakes, Sweet BBQ Salmon, Ahi Tuna Melt with Creole Tomato Glaze, BBQ Baby Back Ribs with Jalapeño Cornbread, and more. And we can’t forget the special game-day fare and fan favorites that are constantly updated. Although we regret that the venue is currently sold out for Super Bowl XLV, need we remind you that March Madness is only weeks away! Or, you can stop by to check out Lagasse’s Stadium on Feb. 5 from 7 to 10 p.m. for the bar’s ultimate UFC viewing party when UFC Champion Anderson Silva will match up against Jiu-Jitsu black belt Vitor “The Phenom” Belfort.

If you’re still looking for a place to watch the Super Bowl while in Las Vegas, The Venetian sports book and most other bars throughout the Palazzo and the Venetian will be of course playing the game as well.
