Lagasse’s Stadium at the Palazzo Las Vegas is THE sports haven for fans wanting to catch all of their favorite sports teams go head to head. It is a quintessential sports bar, however its added appeal comes from the fact that at its helm is the legendary celebrity chef and restaurateur Emeril Lagasse.
The unique 24,000-square-foot space features a multi-level theater and dining room with stadium-style seating. All major sporting events are projected on the 9 by 16-foot floor-to-ceiling video wall above the sports book betting counter. There are also 109 high definition TV screens throughout including two 103-inch plasma screens. Executive Chef Vincent Chiyuto has helped develop a menu largely influenced by Emeril’s love for sports. The bar’s signature dishes include the Barbecue Shrimp with Rosemary Flatbread, New Orleans Style Crab Cakes, Sweet BBQ Salmon, Ahi Tuna Melt with Creole Tomato Glaze, BBQ Baby Back Ribs with Jalapeño Cornbread, and more. And we can’t forget the special game-day fare and fan favorites that are constantly updated.
