No, it wasn\u2019t cutting its clothing line in half, the brand was launching its first ever children\u2019s collection. The news came as a part of of Balenciaga\u2019s spring 2018 menswear show. The show featured an assortment of looks inspired by what the Balenciaga male would wear on the weekend, while hanging out with his kids. Models walked the runway with their actual children decked out in artistic director,\u00a0<strong>Demma Gvasalia<\/strong>\u2019s cool kicks.<\/p>\n<p>The kids&#8217; collection consists of sweats, shorts, tees, and hooded sweatshirts in primary colors, sizes 2-10. The Balenciaga logo\u2014inspired by <strong>Bernie Sanders<\/strong>&#8216; election campaign theme\u2014is featured throughout the clothing. There are statement tees with encouraging phrases geared toward children, such as \u201cThink Big!\u201d and \u201cThe Power of Dreams.\u201d Mini versions of the brand\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.balenciaga.com\/us\/speed-sneakers_cod11153244ma.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Speed trainer<\/a>, its popular sock-style sneaker, are now available in kid\u2019s sizes, too.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Balenciaga Kids<\/strong> can be found at select stores, but the easiest way to get your hands on the clothing is to shop online at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.matchesfashion.com\/womens\/designers\/balenciaga-kids\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Matches Fashion<\/strong><\/a><strong>, <\/strong>as\u00a0the British-based retailer shared that the collection is now available on their website <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/BdfOUWDlQQB\/?taken-by=matchesfashion\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">via <strong>Instagram<\/strong><\/a> earlier this week.
