Architecture is by OMA — the first South Florida residential project from Rem Koolhaas's firm — with interiors by Tara Bernerd & Partners and landscape by Gustafson Porter + Bowman. Residences range from 2,100 to 6,700 square feet with 10-foot ceilings, 10–12-foot terraces, custom Italian kitchens, Sub-Zero/Wolf appliances, and direct private elevator entry.
