Overview

Designed by OMA's Jason Long and founded under Pritzker Prize-winner Rem Koolhaas, The Perigon rises 18 stories above one of Miami Beach's widest, most secluded stretches of sand. The building is composed as a cascade of diamond-shaped towers rotated to capture panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay, and the Miami skyline from every residence.

The Neighborhood

Mid-Beach is the quieter, more residential stretch of Miami Beach between the energy of South Beach and the family-oriented character of North Beach. Collins Avenue through Mid-Beach is lined with iconic hotels — the Faena, the Edition, the Setai — and a curated selection of restaurants and galleries. The Perigon sits on a rare oceanfront parcel in this coveted corridor, where the beach is wider, the density is lower, and the lifestyle is distinctly elevated.

Market Snapshot

Mid-Beach has established itself as Miami Beach's premier ultra-luxury residential submarket, with The Perigon, Aman, and the Faena House setting successive pricing benchmarks. OMA's first Miami Beach residential project — 73 residences from $12M to $55M — targets the highest tier of the market. Limited supply and the caliber of architecture (Rem Koolhaas' firm) ensure The Perigon competes not with Miami product but with global trophy properties in London, New York, and Hong Kong.
