The Perigon Miami Beach is an 18-story, 73-residence oceanfront tower at 5333 Collins Avenue developed by Mast Capital and Starwood Capital Group. Architecture is by OMA — the first South Florida residential project from Rem Koolhaas's firm — with interiors by Tara Bernerd & Partners and landscape by Gustafson Porter + Bowman. Residences range from 2,100 to 6,700 square feet with 10-foot ceilings, 10–12-foot terraces, custom Italian kitchens, Sub-Zero/Wolf appliances, and direct private elevator entry. Resident-only amenities include a beachside swimming pool, a Michelin-starred chef restaurant by Shaun Hergatt (Nota at The Perigon), the FiftyThree speakeasy, a spa with steam room, screening room, training room overlooking the Atlantic, children's playroom, dedicated lifestyle concierge, on-site general manager, two house cars, residential butler, 24-hour valet, and 24/7 security. Completion is targeted for 2027.
