Approximately 70,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities span the two towers — including an 85-foot lap pool, full spa, padel court, beach-entry pool, golf simulator, private dining, and a dedicated house car for each tower. Day-to-day operations are managed directly by Kempinski, bringing 150 years of European hospitality service standards into the residential environment.
