619 Brickell (619 Brickell) is a 75-story, 860-foot tower at 619 Brickell Avenue in Miami's Brickell neighborhood — Nobu Hospitality's first residential project in Miami, developed by 13th Floor Investments and Key International with capitalization from The Baupost Group ($28+ billion AUM). Architecture is by Foster + Partners in collaboration with Sieger-Suarez Architects.
The tower delivers 306 residences across five distinct collections — one- to four-bedroom homes, 19 Sky Villas, and 4 Penthouses — ranging from 1,176 to 5,534 square feet, priced from $2,815,000 to over $18,750,000. Completion is targeted for September 2030.
Every residence features panoramic Biscayne Bay views, expansive wraparound terraces with summer kitchens, 10-foot ceilings and full-height glass, a Gaggenau appliance suite with smart refrigeration and built-in culinary camera, keyless entry and home automation, HEPA air purification, an ozone-enhanced whole-home water system, a circadian lighting program, a grounded low-EMF interior environment, and a smart climate and humidity control system.
