Located in the coveted enclave of Montecito, the Spanish Revival ranch was originally purchased by Winfrey in 2019 from Academy Award–winning actor Jeff Bridges for $6.85 million. With this latest transaction, Winfrey more than doubled her investment in just a few years — a testament to both Montecito's strength in the ultra-luxury market and the enduring value of storied estates with celebrity pedigree. The four-acre parcel is part of Winfrey's larger Promised Land compound, which she began assembling in 2001 and has called home for more than two decades. The single-level main residence was originally constructed in 1919 by noted architect James Osborn Craig . Rich in architectural character, the approximately 3,500-square-foot home blends historic charm with modern upgrades. Inside, the residence features two bedrooms and four bathrooms, along with formal living and dining rooms, five fireplaces, exposed beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, and expansive windows framing the estate's mature landscaping. A 2016 renovation introduced a fully reimagined all-wood kitchen and upgraded bathrooms.
