According to reports, the luxury residence traded for nearly $25 million in an off-market transaction. Public records identify the seller as Beckham Brand Limited, the London-based company managed by David Beckham. The deal closed at approximately $2,677 per square foot — a strong number even within Miami's ultra-luxury market. The Beckhams originally purchased the residence brand-new in 2020 for approximately $19.8 million , generating an estimated $4.8 million gain in just a few years. Not bad for a Miami pied-à-terre. Perched on the 59th floor at 1000 Biscayne Boulevard, the roughly 9,200-square-foot residence features five bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, and floor-to-ceiling glass walls showcasing panoramic views over Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline.
