Myra Nourmand Presents
Set in a highly sought-after Malibu enclave above Escondido Beach and Paradise Cove, this legendary estate, once the primary residence of Rock & Roll Hall of Famer Tom Petty, offers an extraordinary blend of privacy, natural beauty, and artistic legacy. Spanning 2.6 lush, gated acres, the property includes over 8,700 square feet of living space with 7 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.
Thoughtfully designed with skylights, wood-beamed ceilings, vintage chandeliers, and five fireplaces, the home’s interiors are rich in character and ideal for both intimate living and grand entertaining. The formal dining room seats 16, while the primary suite features a romantic fireplace, private patio with fountain, luxurious spa bath, and a massive walk-in closet.
Outdoor amenities abound manicured gardens, trellised patios, an in-ground fire pit, a built-in BBQ, and a sparkling pool and spa. A bonus room with skylights, a dry sauna, and fountain offers flexible space for a gym or studio. Every bedroom opens to the vibrant outdoor setting, filled with bougainvillea, jasmine, and koi ponds.
Tom Petty’s personal music studio, transformed from a two-bedroom guest house, remains pre-wired and ready for creative pursuits. Additional features include a one-bedroom studio, staff quarters, solar panels, a generator, and a night-lit sports court. Often described as a “Mini Huntington Gardens,” this rare estate is a private, soulful retreat, and a true piece of rock history waiting for its next chapter.
