Beth Chang presents
Welcome to “The Crest”, a dramatic oceanfront location at the end of Black Point Place, created by Earl Nisbet, a protégé of Frank Lloyd Wright. Originally built in 1959, this home was way ahead of its time. Mr. Nisbet understood how magical the ocean is and designed the home with views of it from almost every room. Even with a detailed renovation in 2017, the original design still shines through, making it “one of a kind” for the Black Point area. There is a large courtyard with ample parking for the many guests who will want to enjoy the views and sounds of the Pacific, with you. A short walk gives you access to the natural saltwater community pool, along with several walkways to the ocean for swimming, snorkeling or surfing. Enjoy privacy and security in this beautiful, gated community.
