Gabriel S. Saade, Esq. is a member of DarrowEverett’s Corporate & Business Transactions, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Business Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Groups. He represents businesses and individuals across industries including construction, hospitality and cannabis with complex corporate matters, including technology and intellectual property agreements, financing/debt transactions, private placements of equity, debt and hybrid securities, joint ventures, corporate governance and formation, and contracts and other corporate agreements.
