Joseph L. Benson II, Esq. is a Las Vegas–born trial lawyer raised in Northern Nevada. A UNLV graduate (B.S., Hotel Administration; Dean’s List) with international study in Mexico, he earned his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2000 and studied constitutional law with Justice Antonin Scalia at Trinity College Dublin. Licensed in Nevada since 2000, he practiced at Benson, Bertoldo & Baker before co-founding Benson & Bingham in 2004.

 

He’s handled thousands of civil tort cases across Nevada courts, is a member of NJA/ABA/CCBA and Million Dollar Advocates, a 2022 Vegas Magazine “Leading Lawyers” honoree, and has been featured by NBC, ABC, and the Las Vegas Review-Journal. Benson & Bingham solely practices Personal injury, accident and workers' compensation law and is focused on client satisfaction.
