Dr. Baruch Jacobs has been recognized by The New York Times as "the plastic surgeon entrusted with keeping Miami Beach beautiful." A board-certified Plastic Surgeon, he co-founded the Miami Beach Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery Center in 1990 with his wife, Robin Jacobs. Over the years, the center has successfully treated more than 25,000 patients from around the globe, including numerous celebrities and dignitaries.
Dr. Jacobs is renowned for his exceptional skills in plastic and reconstructive surgery, particularly in all types of breast surgeries. His compassionate care and expertise have transformed the lives of countless patients.
Dr. Jacobs earned his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine in 1981 and completed his General Surgery residency at Boston University Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident. He then finished his plastic surgery residency at the renowned Cleveland Clinic Foundation and received additional cosmetic surgery training at the prestigious Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital in New York City.
In addition to his private practice, Dr. Jacobs serves as an Assistant Clinical Instructor of Plastic Surgery at the University of Miami and is a former Chief of Plastic Surgery at the Miami Heart Institute. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
