A judge has tentatively granted Brad Pitt joint custody of his children with ex-wife Angelina Jolie.

The former power house couple has undergone a nearly five-year divorce battle since splitting up in 2016. Judge John Ouderkirk tentatively awarded Pitt more custody over his and Jolie’s five minor children: Pax, 17, Zahara, 16, Shiloh, 14, and Knox and Vivienne, 12. The former couple’s eldest son, Maddox, 19, is no longer subject to this custody decision.

This particular custody dispute case has been ongoing for months. While it is not clear whether the rulings were legally binding, it appears Jolie is continuing her legal fight.

According to the Associated Press, The 46-year-old actress’ new filing claims the judge “refused to hear the minor teenagers’ input as two their experiences, needs, or wishes as to their custody fate.”

This custody trial comes after Brad Pitt was accused of being abusive toward then-15-year-old son Maddox Jolie-Pitt during a trans-continental flight.
