Taylor Swift and Evermore Park have finally come to an understanding! Both sides have dropped their lawsuit against the other. “As a resolution of both lawsuits, the parties will drop and dismiss their respective suits without monetary settlement,” the statement reads from a spokesperson for Taylor’s team to Fox News.

As a recap: earlier in 2021, a fantasy park in Utah, called Evermore park, sued the singer over her latest album, titled ‘Evermore.’ The park launched a trademark lawsuit saying that Swift’s album caused “actual confusion and negatively affected their search engine placement.”

In a countersuit, Taylor Swift’s team sued the park for using her music in their park without a license. The park had frequently used Swift’s tunes for performances in the park, without ever going through a P.R.O., or Performing Rights Organization, to gain proper licensing to do so.

However, both lawsuits have been dropped as of now. The feud for ‘Evermore’ is finally over.
