After welcoming seven<\/i> children into the world, Hilaria Baldwin is getting refreshingly real about reclaiming her body, and she\u2019s doing it with her signature candor and charm.<\/p>\n

In a recent Instagram confessional (because where else do moms spill their tea these days?), the yoga instructor, author, and mother of a small army shared that she recently underwent a breast lift. \u201cYou know I\u2019ve done a lot of babies. Seven babies. And it\u2019s no secret that breastfeeding takes its toll,\u201d Hilaria, 40, said, casually dropping the bombshell like it was just another Target haul.<\/p>\n

Now, let\u2019s be honest: raising seven kids under one roof is already an Olympic-level sport. So, if she wants a little pick-me-up (literally), who are we to judge?<\/p>\n

\u201cI decided to do something about it,\u201d she continued, explaining that the decision wasn\u2019t about vanity but about feeling confident in her own skin. \u201cI\u2019m telling you this because I think it\u2019s important to be open about our choices,\u201d she added, acknowledging the quiet pressure many women feel to \u2018bounce back\u2019 while pretending nothing has changed.<\/p>\n

She also clarified that she\u2019s never gone under the knife before, so this was her first foray into cosmetic surgery. \u201cI never had anything done before. No Botox, no fillers, no surgeries, this was my first,\u201d she said, proving once again that even glam moms can be late bloomers in the beauty game.<\/p>\n

With husband Alec Baldwin by her side (and presumably a house full of babysitters), Hilaria says she\u2019s not only embracing her new look but doing so with pride. And while she won\u2019t be turning her recovery into a mini-series, she did want<\/i> to keep things transparent with her followers. \u201cI think it\u2019s important to share when we want to,\u201d she said. \u201cAnd when we don\u2019t, that\u2019s okay too.\u201d<\/p>\n
