As Valentine\u2019s Day approaches, love is in the air. It\u2019s the season of heartfelt gestures, grand expressions, and thoughtful gifts. Ads, articles, movies, and books all urge us to shower a special someone with love and care. But amidst all this, one question often goes unasked: What about you?<\/p>\n

When was the last time you treated yourself, cared for yourself, or loved yourself? For many women, the idea of self-love feels like a luxury\u2014perhaps even selfish or vain. However, prioritizing your own well-being is not only essential; it\u2019s transformative. Taking care of yourself is the foundation upon which you can best support and love others.<\/p>\n

Consider the airline safety analogy: you\u2019re instructed to put on your oxygen mask before assisting others. The reasoning is simple\u2014if you\u2019re not in a good place yourself, how can you possibly help those around you? Self-love operates on the same principle; you can\u2019t pour from an empty cup.<\/p>\n
