There are tons of skincare brands on the market but what makes each unique, besides the range of products available, is their story. How did the skincare brand come to life? What was the inspiration behind it? The questions are endless, and have Haute Beauty wanting to get the answers.<\/p>\n

It is with excitement that we were to keep our word and get the details on the products that have officially found themselves a permanent home on our bathroom counter, the one-and-only\u00a0Kat Burki Skincare<\/strong><\/a> by Kat Burki.<\/p>\n

Who is Kat Burki?<\/h3>\n

Prior to founding Kat Burki Skincare, Burki was a skin nutritionist who had a successful career in health law and disease management. As a health and wellness expert, she found it challenging to find products that focused on the overall health and healing of the skin. Just like how we need food to heal our bodies, skin care works the same. Only when your skin is healthy and nourished can it function at its best.<\/p>\n

As she continued to pay attention to how functional medicine and nutrition have an effective alternative to healing, she knew it was time to create her own masterpiece. Using Applied Nutritional Sciences to deliver effective formulas for the skin through technology and cutting-edge nutritional research and concepts, Kat officially launched Kat Burki skincare in 2013.<\/p>\n

The Core Ingredients<\/h3>\n

For Burki, it is all about \u201chealthy skin first,\u201d which is why the brand has four different categories of products prevention, reversal, renewal, and skin canvas, that focus on anti-inflammation, absorption, and health\/healing \u2013 \u00a0all the tools needed for a successful skin healing journey.<\/p>\n

Our skin functions to protect us from the environment, but it is often in an inflammatory state. \"Goji Essence<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0is a targeted solution for improving fine lines, sagging, and uneven skin tone. It\u2019s very lightweight and therefore should be used prior to serums or moistures. You want to make sure it is absorbed to the deepest layer of skin where healing takes place.\"<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Next is the\u00a0Bio-Correcting Face Creme<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0which is formulated to give your skin the healing tools it needs for sun damage and areas of hyperpigmentation.
