This year, like most, the summertime sun was hot. What is not hot, well, those are the effects of chronic sun exposure mixed with aging. \u00a0Haute Beauty expert Dr. Omar A. Ibrahimi<\/strong> <\/a>has seen tons of patients at Connecticut Skin Institute who are unamused by the hyperpigmentation, sun spots, and wrinkles that have dominated their faces.
