You may recognize Nina Dobrev<\/strong><\/a> for her projects on the big and small screens, but did you know the 32-year-old actress also used to be a personal trainer? The fitness-loving celebrity experienced a major career jump, but perhaps that transition helped Dobrev alter her workout routine during the pandemic.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cOne of the things that I realized when the pandemic started was that... [I] relied on a lot of outside sources for my fitness \u2014 especially because I used to be so busy traveling and working,\u201d Dobrev told <\/span>Shape<\/a><\/strong>. \u201cBut once I was home, I realized I didn't have much [gym equipment] at home so I went into a mad dash.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
