In a recent segment of Beauty Secrets, Alexandra Daddario sat with <\/span>Vogue<\/a><\/strong> to share her guide to face masks \u2014 which obviously covered her daily skincare routine \u2014 and her simple, everyday makeup look. The 35-year-old actress, who stars in the new HBO Max series \u201cThe White Lotus,\u201d brightened our screens with her glistening complexion. Of course, this certainly impulsed us to take notes on her most significant products.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

After washing her face with a cleanser, Daddario followed with not one, but two face masks! First, she spread a thin layer of the <\/span>Andalou Naturals Pumpkin Honey Glycolic Mask<\/a><\/strong> on her face and let the tingly product sit for about 15 minutes. \u201cI\u2019m not in my 20s anymore, so I need more acid\u2026 and retinol and that kind of thing.\u201d Next, she excitedly pulled out a moisturizing sheet mask that she obtained from a local spa. \u201cWe always look ridiculous in these, but they work,\u201d she said with a subtle laugh. \u201cI \u2018sheet mask\u2019 on the way to work sometimes, and I have sheet masked in the lobby of a hotel once with a friend \u2014 it\u2019s better to do it when you\u2019re with someone because then you don\u2019t seem as eccentric.\u201d After gently peeling the mask from her face, Daddario massaged the excess product into her skin.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

With her taut skin nice and prepped, Daddario then applied her \u201csecret weapon,\u201d which helped her combat an outbreak of acne while filming \u201cBaywatch\u201d in 2017: <\/span>Vintner\u2019s Daughter Active Botanical Serum<\/a><\/strong>. \u201cIt was really the only thing that really worked. It was incredible,\u201d she recalled. After patting the oil into her face and neck, she followed with the same brand\u2019s <\/span>Active Treatment Essence<\/a><\/strong>. Then, she wrapped up her skincare routine with more face oils, creams, a lip balm, and SPF.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Jumping right into her simple makeup routine, Daddario began by concealing some minor spots on her face. Then, she layered her skin with a mineral powder containing SPF and a rosy blush. After filling in her brows with a pencil, she lined the top of her lids with a brown eyeliner pencil. And to accentuate her natural glow, Daddario gracefully tapped a shimmery <\/span>Chanel highlighter<\/a><\/strong> on her cheekbones and the lids of her eyes. Finally, she finished her look by brushing out her hair.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
