As the blaring sun highlights glistening skin and barely-there bikinis, the late nights welcome vibrant couture and bold makeup. The celebrity rocking this ensemble? Lady Gaga, of course. Only a feline flick so flawless could catch our attention, and the 35-year-old musician showed hers with a recent Instagram selfie.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A fabulous flick does two things: lift and define. Drawn toward the upper corner of her brow tip, Gaga\u2019s winged liner elongates her eyes while lifting her complexion. Meanwhile, the gentle smudge creates a dark frame that defines her light green eyes. Altogether, the eye makeup draws out a mischievous yet chic look\u2014perfect for a night out frolicking in the city.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
