Haute Beauty: What is Evoke?<\/h3>\n

Evoke<\/strong><\/a> is a state-of-the-art device used for face remodeling and sculpting that uses painless, non-invasive bipolar radiofrequency energy. This energy penetrates deep into the skin and tissue to reduce laxity in the skin and increase collagen and elastin production. The skin on the cheeks, jowls, and chin can be tightened with this treatment, providing a contoured and younger look. Perfect for anyone who doesn\u2019t want to go under the knife.<\/p>\n

HB: How does it work?<\/h3>\n

Injections such as Botox and XEOMIN contain a safe, effective botulinum toxin that relaxes the muscles to reduce the appearance of wrinkles. These can reduce or eliminate current lines and wrinkles, as well as be taken preventatively to mitigate any wrinkles from beginning to form.<\/p>\n

Filler treatments are used to create volume in the face, in areas where the progression of time causes areas of hollowing or the deepening of lines such as the nasolabial folds (also known as \u2018smile lines\u2019). Fillers can also be injected into the lines under the eyes, or to produce a youthful pout in the lips.<\/p>\n

HB: Is there any downtime?<\/h3>\n

There is no downtime with Evoke. Many patients complete their sessions during their lunch breaks and then return to work. Both Botox and Fillers may cause some minor bruising and swelling. Coverup may be applied right after treatment.<\/p>\n

HB: Should you refrain from sun exposure after these treatments?<\/h3>\n
