The young actress, known for a variety of acclaimed television series and films, but most popularly for her role in HBO\u2019s Euphoria, <\/em>delved into her journey of finding the perfect routine for her skin with Vogue, and also shared her go-to soft glam look.<\/p>\n

Sweeney revealed that she struggled with cystic acne from a young age, often begging her mom to let her stay home from school. As young teenagers, we all have gone through a phase where we searched for quick fixes to our acne problems \u2013 which usually turned into a disaster. Sweeney admits to trying quick fixes herself. In the 10th<\/sup> grade, she used toothpaste all over her face as a skincare treatment, which resulted in a severe breakout and having to use Band-Aids as a cover-up when going to school. Filled with wishful thinking, Sweeney noted how a skincare routine video such as the one she was currently filming would have been helpful for her younger self.<\/p>\n

Sweeney begins her skincare routine by cleansing her face with a combination of Caudalie Vinoclean Deep Cleansing Exfoliator and Av\u00e8ne Cleanance Cleansing Gel. She then uses The Ordinary\u2019s Hyaluronic Serum and SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic, a vitamin c serum that protects, firms, and brightens the complexion of your skin. A generous amount of Embryolisse Lait Cr\u00e8me Concentr\u00e9 is applied to assist in preventing her makeup from sliding off, followed by EltaMD UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46 \u2013 the only sunscreen that doesn\u2019t create breakouts in her skin.<\/p>\n
